100 Million Nights

Canyons’ emotive sounds blend elements of psych, folk and house to staggering effect. Daniel Boyd's dynamic visuals are hailed as one of the wonders of the Australian art world. 100 Million Nights brings these incredible forces together.

Daniel Boyd’s work reinterprets Aboriginal and Australian-European history, drawing attention to the subjective nature of what we are taught. Canyons will perform 100 Million Nights as a 5-piece live band. With each art form crafted to complement and influence the other, Canyons’ music and Daniel Boyd's work interlock, creating a mesmeric sonic and visual feast.

It is no secret that Mathas is one of the most thoughtful and skilled lyricists in Australia. GEMMA PIKE, TRIPLE J

2013 was a massive year for Mathas with the emotionally stirring Nourishment - featuring Australia’s newest queen of seductive electro pop Abbe May – leaving lasting impressions on radio waves and gig goers. He’s an MC, singer, producer and a wordsmith. A highly engaging born performer, it’s no wonder he won the Triple J Unearthed spot for Southbound 2014. The new album Armwrestling Atlas is set to redefine how Australian hip hop is viewed and who listens to it.
