Free-spirited yet poised and polished, the vivid and brilliant playing of The Academy of St Martin in the Fields has delighted audiences around the world for six decades.
The orchestra is joined by Michael Barenboim, a young violinist of impeccable musical heritage and one of the most exhilarating classical musicians of our time. At 27, he has played with some of the world’s most prestigious orchestras and conductors, including being concert master of the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra for the last decade.
